"Only because I cannot give 0 stars. Waited 45 minutes for a hair cut and was skipped and completely taken of the screen schedule. I was a first time customer. Will not go back to any Sport Clip, I will not recommend this company to anyone."

"The waiting system is just ridiculous, your name on waiting screen shows on deck and you are never on deck even 20 mins later, flying bugs in waiting area, my 5 year old was getting scared of them, and then when my turn comes, they won’t let her come with me on the deck for their safety reasons which I understand but isn’t it their job to keep their waiting area clean or atleast bug free, eventually I returned without an haircut after waiting over 40 mins on a weekday !!!!"

"I've been coming here for almost a year. Usually I'm pretty happy with the service, however their online check in is messed up often. One of the reasons I've been coming were the stylist and I give a larger than normal tip. Some stylist are better than others. I was told about a veteran discount that they have, and have been using it the past 6 six months. It was $5 off, for some reason they've changed it and it was only $2 off and they weren't punch my card this morning, because they said it would be a duplicate discount and management recently changed the process and amount. I'm not sure I'll be back and won't be back at the same time, the stylist today were more interested in the food another one brought in than the customers."

"Would give it a zero if possible. Reservation system continuously crashes. Waited an hour before I left as system was down when I got there and fixed as I sat there so people who had signed in on line after system was back up were placed in front of me. I have been a long time customer but no more as the reservation system is a disaster."

"Such a waste of time. Every time I go to this location I sit for 45 to and hour. Today the stylist I usually go to and selected has to cut some one that has selected first available first. Last time I’m wasting my time at this unorganized place again."

"Stopped in without an appt & no waiting, got right in. With being a new client at this location got a free upgrade to the mvp! Gina the mgr, did my haircut & she was friendly. She did a good job with the whole process. Plenty of parking out front. Would come back again if in the area when my next haircut is due."

"Worst worst worst and worst barber. Don't even know what is mowhawk hair cut. Worst, asked me to upgrade it to mvp or something.... I have hair all over my clothes................ Hate my hair cut. Hate barber"
