"My son and I have gone here since they open. The hair cuts have been ok. I usually bet my hair all buzzed off but they always miss spots. But it wasn't a huge deal. But today they really pissed me off. I signed up my son. The small computer said the wait was 32 minutes so I signed him up. But then the big screen said over an hour. We decided to wait. And then when we should have had less than 30 minutes to go it added 15 minutes. The guy behind the counter said it was because someone who signed up online came in the store and that bumped everyone. Now, I don't have a problem with people signing up online. But the computer should factor those people in when giving time estimates so at worst I'm waiting about as long as predicted and at best they don't show up and I get in the chair early. Needless to say I'm going elsewhere from now on. Waits are way to long as it is to be screwed around with like that."

"Just got a free haircut for Veteran's day. It's a nice gesture; unfortunately, the sentiment felt pretty empty considering the employees were busy mocking a fellow co-worker for taking the day off because he was a Veteran. Apparently, since he was 'just' a cook in the Navy, in their estimation, that didn't deserve their respect or gratitude. The context of the conversation obviously boiled my blood, but even if I hadn't been a Veteran, hearing them rag on a fellow Veteran, on Veteran's Day of all days... Any complaints they have about their fellow employees shouldn't be aired out in front of customers. It was completely unprofessional."

"Came in and asked for a fade with hair left on top, left with the worst haircut I’ve ever received from Misty. I don’t even know what you would call the haircut she gave me, and I could have saved the $19 and done this at home myself with a mirror. Off to a barbershop now to pay to get it corrected. I’d spend the extra 10-15 bucks and go to a real shop if you’re actually looking for a good cut and avoid this location."

"Went to Izzy. A fantastic experience. I checked in online, arrived at the suggested time and waited less than 2 minutes. Izzy was very friendly and very specific in asking how I wanted my hair cut. She took her time to ensure my cut was precise. The MVP is the way to go. My favorite part is the massage chair, hot towel, and hair wash. It is so very relaxing. I highly recommend this location. It is clean, very well managed, and has a fantastic staff. *SUGGESTION - make sure to use the app or online check in to avoid a wait."

"My husband and son went here yesterday for haircuts. The staff was friendly and we were happy with the service. It was a little busy, but that's to be expected on the weekend."

"The ladies here are great! We took our 2 year old in for a snip, he was not happy with us and cried the entire time. I was really impressed with how well the hair dresser handled his pitty party. His hair up looked well too! Thanks sports clips -highly recommend!!"
